SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed and shipped Monday through Friday on the same or the following business day.

Within Germany, we ship via DPD as standard. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. Express deliveries within Germany usually take 1–2 business days.

Within Berlin, we also offer same-day delivery Monday through Friday for orders placed by 4 p.m.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping method. If, contrary to expectations, an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you immediately.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Please note that tracking may not become available until the shipment has been initially logged by the shipping carrier.
