EXCHANGES & RETURNS

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us in advance by email at shop@sabrinadehoff.com. For exchanges within Germany, we will provide you with a free return shipping label. We are currently unable to offer this service outside of Germany.

If you wish to return an item and receive a refund for the purchase price, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. In this case, we recommend using insured shipping with tracking.

Please return the merchandise unworn, complete, and, if possible, in its original packaging.
